You can return unused skeins within 100 days.
Please ensure that the shipment is sufficiently franked.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to your original payment method.

Instead of exchanging an item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the items you don’t need.
This way, the newly ordered items are reserved for you immediately and shipped as quickly as possible.

For exchanges with offsetting of the new order, the difference will only be balanced after we receive the return. The new shipment will then be dispatched.

Complaints:
If a purchased item is not in perfect condition, please contact us before returning it. We review all complaints individually to find the best solution for each situation.
